Hi,
To accelerate incident tracking actions for teams in Jira we need to fill out some Jira issue fields like issue category , microservice label etc… based on PD incident
Currently Jira Integration allows only specific PagerDuty Attributes to be used. Sine this attributes are auto populated when incident is created from alert , we are not able to use any data that we have in incident custom details from Grafana .
We are looking for similar solutions like in Event rule sets to define custom variable to extract values from the incident [eg Custom Details ] and assign it to Jira issue fields
